Account & Registration

Go to the Register page, enter your full name, email address, Pakistani mobile number and a password of at least 8 characters. After submitting, check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once verified, you can log in and start exploring the platform.

Registration is completely free and there is no mandatory deposit to activate your account. You can register, log in and browse the game lobby and sports markets before you decide to deposit. When you are ready to play for real money, the minimum deposit amounts are listed on the Deposit page.

No. Each player is allowed exactly one active Romi Slots account. Creating duplicate accounts — even with different email addresses or mobile numbers — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and results in all accounts being closed, including any balance held in them. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the Login page.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account at Romi Slots. Age verification is carried out during the identity check (KYC) process, which is required before your first withdrawal. If verification shows that a player is under 18, the account is closed and any deposits are returned.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are usually credited within a few minutes. Raast and bank transfers can take up to a few hours depending on the sending bank. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours and you have a confirmed transaction reference from your wallet or bank, contact support with that reference and the team will look into it.

Yes, a minimum deposit applies and it varies slightly by payment method. The current minimums for each method are shown on the Deposit page. There is no maximum deposit limit for most methods, though your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet may have its own transaction limits set by the wallet provider.

Romi Slots does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you send is credited to your account balance. Your payment provider may charge a transaction fee on their end — this varies by provider and is outside of Romi Slots' control.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the withdrawal section in your account dashboard. Select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same method you used to deposit wherever possible. The most common reasons for a delayed withdrawal are: KYC verification not yet completed, an active bonus with wagering requirements still outstanding, or the account being flaged for a routine security review. If everything looks clear but the withdrawal is still delayed beyond 48 hours, contact support with your transaction ID.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer — it is a standard identity verification process. You will need to submit a copy of a valid CNIC or passport and proof of your registered mobile number. Settled bets are credited to your account balance within a few minutes of the official result being confirmed. For cricket, this is typically once the match result is declared. In-play bets on completed events settle as soon as the event result is confirmed by the data provider. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus terms — including wagering requirements and expiry dates — are shown in full alongside each offer.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount before any winings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of PKR 20,000 in bets using that bonus before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. No — bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. You can, however, request a withdrawal of your original deposit funds at any time, provided you do not have a restriction on that balance. Withdrawing your deposit before completing a wagering requirement will typically result in the active bonus being forfeited.
